Clay Lacy Aviation, a pioneer in private aviation with over 55 years of excellence, is looking for a polished and experienced Cabin Attendant to join our Global 7500 program in Hillsboro, Oregon. This is a full-time opportunity to work with a dedicated flight department and deliver the seamless, world-class experience our clients expect.

What You’ll Be Doing?
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the cabin experience from start to finish. Before each flight, you’ll stock and prepare the aircraft to the highest standard, making sure every detail reflects the owner’s preferences. During flight, you’ll balance discretion with warm hospitality—providing meals, amenities, and service with precision while prioritizing passenger safety and comfort. Behind the scenes, you’ll also manage inventory, keep detailed records, and coordinate with crew and management to ensure smooth operations.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring full compliance with FAA regulations and company safety protocols
- Preparing and presenting catering while keeping up with the owner’s specific preferences, allergies, and dietary needs
- Managing aircraft inventories, lockers, bedding, galley, and supplies
- Shopping for and sourcing special items requested by the owner
- Conducting preflight inspections to ensure the cabin is immaculate and fully equipped
- Supporting showings for prospective charter clients by presenting the aircraft at its best
- Traveling on domestic and international trips with flexibility for overnight stays
- Maintaining clear communication with In-Flight Services management and the flight crew
What We’re Looking For?
To succeed in this role, you’ll need more than polished service—you’ll need the ability to anticipate needs, adapt to changes, and operate with discretion and independence.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience on large-cabin private or corporate aircraft under Part 91 and/or Part 135
- Reside within a 2-hour drive of KHIO (Hillsboro, OR) — this is not a commuting or fly-in/fly-out position
- Current Emergency Training certification within the past 12 months (including CPR and First Aid)
- Valid passport with international travel flexibility
- Food Handler Certification
- Clean background check and ability to pass drug screening
- Valid driver’s license
