Air Arabia Cabin Crew Administrator – Dammam
Air Arabia is looking for an experienced Cabin Crew Administrator to join our team in Dammam. This is a key support role that ensures our cabin crew members are fully prepared, compliant, and ready to deliver a safe and exceptional inflight experience. About the Role
As a Cabin Crew Administrator, you’ll play an active part in both the operational and administrative side of our cabin services. From crew induction and performance reviews to regulatory compliance and inflight assessments, you’ll be the link that ensures our team is supported at every step. You’ll also work closely with managers, crew control, and other stakeholders to maintain high standards across safety, service, and performance.
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Keeping all manuals, policies, and cabin service documentation up to date and accessible for crew
- Monitoring flight rosters to ensure compliance with GACA regulations and Air Arabia procedures
- Assisting with crew performance management, including grooming, attendance, service delivery, and sales targets
- Supporting HR and Finance in recruitment, onboarding, and welfare-related matters such as accommodation and transport
- Conducting daily assessments, pre-flight checks, and post-flight reviews to maintain service and safety standards
- Handling crew debriefings, resolving conflicts, and providing structured feedback
- Assisting in the selection and upgrading process of Cabin Crew to Cabin Supervisors, while mentoring and coaching operating crew
- Reviewing catering and duty-free sales performance, auditing reports, and working with vendors to enhance the onboard experience
- Preparing comprehensive reports for management with observations and improvement recommendations
- Ensuring the briefing office is always in excellent condition, equipped and ready for crew operations
What We’re Looking For?
- Diploma or higher secondary qualification (Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, or a related field is preferred)
- Active Cabin Crew License from a recognized Civil Aviation Authority
- At least 6 years of airline experience, including 3 years in a supervisory or administrative cabin role (experience with low-cost carriers is an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, SOPs, and civil aviation authority requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and reporting skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- A well-balanced personality with the ability to manage challenging situations calmly and effectively
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
