Description
Norwegian is growing, and we’re ready to welcome new Cabin Crew members to join our base in Helsinki. If you’re looking for a career that blends travel, teamwork, and the chance to make every journey special, this could be your next adventure.
At Norwegian, we’ve never been afraid to do things differently. Our crew aren’t just safety professionals—they’re storytellers, problem-solvers, and ambassadors of our brand. One day you might be reassuring a nervous flyer, the next you’re serving meals, caring for children, or handling an unexpected challenge at 35,000 feet. It’s a role that demands versatility, compassion, and energy—but it’s also one of the most rewarding careers in the world.
What We Offer?
We’ll prepare you for success with a full training program that covers safety, service, and everything in between. When you’ve completed it, you’ll earn your official Cabin Crew certification and step into a community of more than 2,500 dedicated colleagues across Europe. You’ll also enjoy a supportive team culture, opportunities to travel, and the pride of representing one of Europe’s most innovative airlines.
Life as a Norwegian Cabin Crew Member

- Work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
- Support passengers with empathy, professionalism, and warmth

Recruitment Process
If shortlisted, you’ll be invited to an assessment day in Helsinki where we’ll share full details of the role and conditions. Successful candidates will be assigned to a training course aligned with our operational needs. Please note: applications are processed on a rolling basis, and the 2026 recruitment cycle may take several months before you receive updates.
