What You'll Do: The Heart of the In-Flight Experience
This role is about so much more than serving meals. You'll be the primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring every moment aboard reflects Talon Air's commitment to luxury, safety, and personal attention. From the moment passengers step on board to their final farewell, you'll anticipate preferences, adapt to changing needs, and create an environment where travelers feel completely cared for.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Personalized Service With Polish: Greeting and attending to VIPs and executives with genuine warmth, serving meals tailored to dietary needs, and adjusting cabin comforts like seating, temperature, and lighting to suit individual preferences.
- Safety as Your Foundation: Monitoring passenger compliance with all safety regulations, assisting with safety equipment, and coordinating closely with the flight deck during normal operations or emergencies. Your vigilance keeps everyone secure.
- Cabin Excellence: Maintaining a pristine, organized, and fully stocked cabin. You'll secure equipment, conduct regular safety inspections, and ensure every surface reflects our standards.
- Seamless Operations: Assisting with luggage handling, completing post-flight reports promptly, and collaborating with ground personnel to create a smooth, end-to-end travel experience.
