Join easyJet as a Direct Entry Cabin Manager in Marrakesh!

At easyJet, being a Cabin Manager isn’t just a title — it’s a leadership role that puts you right at the heart of our inflight experience. We’re looking for confident, people-focused professionals who know how to bring calm, warmth, and organization to every journey. As a Cabin Manager based in Marrakesh, you’ll lead a vibrant crew, ensure every passenger feels safe and welcome, and represent the energy and friendliness that make easyJet truly stand out.

    About the Role

You’ll be the go-to person for your team in the air — guiding, motivating, and setting the tone for exceptional service. Every flight will rely on your ability to balance efficiency with empathy, manage operations smoothly, and handle any situation with professionalism. From safety checks and passenger briefings to team coordination and decision-making, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the cabin runs flawlessly from take-off to touchdown.

Safety always comes first at easyJet, and you’ll be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards while keeping the onboard atmosphere positive and approachable. This is a dynamic role that demands confidence, great communication, and genuine care for both your team and customers.

    Recruitment Process

Successful applicants will be invited to an Information Day in November 2025, followed by an Assessment Day in December 2025. Training is expected to begin in March or April 2026.

    What We’re Looking For?

We’re seeking experienced cabin crew professionals ready to step into a leadership role. If you have at least 12 months of flying experience within the last five years, and you’re known for your professionalism, positivity, and passion for people, this could be your next step forward.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

    • Communicate clearly and confidently with both passengers and crew
    • Stay calm under pressure and make smart, safety-first decisions
    • Lead with empathy, teamwork, and initiative
    • Take pride in turning every flight into a great experience for customers

    Role Requirements:

To meet operational and safety standards, you must:

    • Be at least 18 years old
    • Have a minimum of 12 months of flying experience (within the last 5 years, by 31 December 2025)
    • Stand between 157.5 cm (5’2”) and 190 cm (6’3”) tall, barefoot
    • Speak and write fluently in both English and French
    • Hold a valid Moroccan passport with unrestricted travel across the UK, EEA, and easyJet destinations
    • Live within 90 minutes of Marrakesh base
    • Have no visible tattoos on the face, head, or neck
    • Be comfortable selling onboard products, including alcohol
    • Be able to swim 25 metres unaided, tread water, and climb into a life raft
    • Hold or obtain a valid EASA Cabin Crew medical certificate
    • Fit comfortably into a jump seat with a lap and shoulder harness
