Your Mission: Cultivate Excellence and Community
As the Base Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our cabin crew operations in Marrakech. Your primary focus is to foster a high-performing, engaged, and supported team. You will be the visible leader on the ground, responsible for everything from crew welfare and performance to operational standards and facility management. By coaching your team of Crew Performance Managers and directly engaging with crew, you'll create an environment where people feel valued, heard, and motivated to go the extra mile. You'll ensure our operations run seamlessly while maintaining an unwavering commitment to safety and compliance.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Building a strong, efficient, and commercially aware cabin crew community that prioritizes safety and teamwork.
- Leading, coaching, and developing Crew Performance Manager(s), driving crew progression and creating a culture of recognition.
- Ensuring the highest standards of operational and safety excellence, with full compliance to all regulations and company policies.
- Managing all aspects of crew performance, including punctuality, attendance, and professional conduct with fairness and clarity.
- Acting as a pillar of support for crew welfare, addressing concerns with empathy while upholding accountability.
- Championing fatigue risk management and ensuring crew facilities are safe, functional, and meet all required standards.
- Overseeing base budgets, administrative tasks, and collaborating with airport partners to resolve any logistical issues.
- Serving as a key network resource, providing coverage and support for other bases as needed.

Role Logistics:
- Location: This is a full-time, onsite position based at Marrakech Menara Airport (RAK).
- Hours: You will work 44 hours per week across a rotating schedule that includes weekends and public holidays.
- Flying Duty: To maintain a direct connection to the operation and your team, this role includes regular flying duties as operational cabin crew (approximately once per week).
- Travel & Availability: The role requires a willingness to travel within the network as needed and to participate in a rotational on-call duty system outside of standard hours.
