We’re currently looking for an In-Flight Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team in Orly — someone with an eye for detail, a passion for service excellence, and a deep understanding of what makes passengers feel truly cared for at 35,000 feet.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Director of Customer Experience, you’ll play a key role in shaping the onboard experience across our fleet. From menu design and inflight entertainment to cabin comfort and uniform projects, your work will directly influence how our passengers feel from the moment they step onboard. You’ll collaborate with multiple departments — including ground operations, technical, and cabin divisions — to ensure every aspect of our product aligns with Air Caraïbes’ promise of authenticity and hospitality.
Your Main Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Contribute to the design and rollout of our inflight product and related services, ensuring they reflect our brand’s identity.
- Support the organization and coordination of onboard operations and service delivery.
- Initiate projects that enhance the customer experience, from new service concepts to cabin upgrades.
- Collaborate with maintenance and technical teams on cabin equipment and layout developments.
- Take part in defining onboard entertainment content and new uniform programs.
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to monitor product quality, cabin functionality, and service reliability.
- Oversee logistical aspects such as catering stock, loading plans, and equipment management, optimizing efficiency and cost.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure corrective actions are implemented where needed.
- Participate in training programs for cabin crew, focusing on service quality and commercial standards.
- Contribute to budgeting, financial tracking, and reporting related to the customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with all operational, legal, and safety requirements.
- Represent the Customer Experience department during audits, inspections, and station visits.
What You Bring?
You’re an organized and creative professional with a background in aviation, catering, or hospitality — and ideally, an engineering or equivalent higher education degree. You have at least 3 years of relevant experience and a genuine interest in how thoughtful design and service can transform a journey.

- Understand air transport operations and the importance of safety and compliance.
- Possess a curious, innovative mindset with a passion for improving customer experience.
- Are fluent in both French and English, spoken and written.
- Are comfortable using digital tools and working with data to support decisions.
- Communicate clearly and confidently, whether collaborating with teams or presenting ideas.
