About the Role
As part of our flight operations team, you’ll be the face of Comlux onboard — ensuring our guests experience comfort, safety, and personalized luxury from takeoff to touchdown. You’ll manage every aspect of the cabin environment, coordinate high-end catering, and curate exceptional inflight experiences tailored to the individual preferences of our most distinguished passengers.
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Deliver an intuitive, discreet, and personalized service that exceeds expectations on every journey
- Maintain the highest levels of cabin presentation, safety, and hygiene throughout each flight
- Prepare, organize, and present exclusive catering and amenities to meet individual guest preferences
- Anticipate passenger needs, adapting seamlessly to changing schedules and travel plans
- Work closely with flight crews and ground teams to ensure a flawless travel experience
- Uphold total confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times
