We are seeking a seasoned and intuitive Cabin Attendant to join a Gulfstream 550 operation based in Opa Locka, Florida. This role is for a true hospitality professional who understands that in private aviation, the journey is as important as the destination. If you are dedicated to creating seamless, personalized experiences and thrive on impeccable detail, we invite you to bring your expertise to our team.

Your Role: Curating the In-Flight Experience

As the sole cabin manager, you will be entrusted with the complete comfort and satisfaction of our discerning passengers. This position requires a proactive individual who can anticipate needs before they arise, manage all aspects of cabin service with elegant discretion, and uphold the highest standards of safety and presentation. You will take full ownership from pre-flight planning through post-flight debrief, ensuring every flight reflects Jet Aviation's global reputation for excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Guest Experience & Service: Deliver a truly bespoke and luxurious in-flight experience, tailoring meal service, ambiance, and all interactions to the specific preferences and needs of each passenger.
    • Cabin & Safety Management: Conduct thorough pre-flight cabin checks, ensure all safety equipment is present and functional, and maintain the aircraft interior to a pristine standard. You will assist passengers as needed and be prepared to manage any in-flight situations under the direction of the Pilot-in-Command.
    • Culinary & Logistics Coordination: Source and manage high-end catering, expertly prepare and present meals and beverages, and meticulously manage all cabin supplies, linens, and amenities.
    • Administration & Coordination: Maintain detailed client profiles, complete post-flight reports, manage expenses, and ensure all required manuals and training records are meticulously kept and current.
    • Leadership & Representation: Provide guidance to any supplemental crew and serve as a professional ambassador for Jet Aviation, both in the air and within the industry.

    What You Bring?

We are looking for a candidate whose professionalism and passion are evident in every detail. The ideal professional will possess:

    • A high school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality is a plus.
    • Current certifications from Flight Safety International (or equivalent) for corporate cabin attendant training, as well as MedAire or equivalent CPR/AED/First Aid training.
    • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Cabin Attendant in corporate or private aviation.
    • At least 2 years of background in high-end culinary arts, fine dining, or luxury hospitality.
    • A valid driver's license and must be at least 21 years of age.
    • The flexibility to work a variable schedule, including extended trips, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to travel worldwide without restriction.

    The Person We're Seeking

    Beyond the credentials, you are:

    • A natural team player with exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
    • Meticulously organized, with an unwavering attention to detail and superb communication abilities.
    • Possessed of a calm, resourceful demeanor that excels under pressure and adapts gracefully to changing situations.
    • Deeply committed to quality, safety, and representing the Jet Aviation brand with integrity and pride.
    • Someone who finds genuine fulfillment in mentoring others and elevating every interaction with a warm, professional grace.

Life as Part of Our Crew
