Join a Legacy of Excellence: Cabin Attendant for Gulfstream G550 in Austin, TX!

Clay Lacy Aviation is recognized for setting the standard in private aviation, built on a foundation of safety, service, and meticulous attention to detail. We are seeking a seasoned and dedicated Cabin Attendant to join the dedicated crew of a Part 91/135 Gulfstream G550 based at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (KAUS). This is a rare opportunity for a hospitality professional who views service as a personal craft and who excels in creating seamless, highly personalized experiences for our discerning clientele.

In this full-time role, you will be the cornerstone of the cabin experience, managing approximately 300 flight hours annually. You will be entrusted not just with service, but with the profound responsibility of understanding and anticipating the unique preferences of the principal, ensuring every journey feels both impeccably standard and distinctly personal.

Your Mission: To Curate an Unforgettable Journey

As the sole cabin manager, you will own the complete passenger experience from pre-flight preparation to post-flight follow-up. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the aircraft's reputation for flawless operation. We are looking for someone who takes immense pride in the silent, smooth execution of detail—someone for whom "legendary service" is not a slogan, but a daily practice.

    Your Core Responsibilities Will Include

    • Upholding the highest standards of safety as your unconditional priority, while delivering gracious, anticipatory service.
    • Mastering the principal's detailed preferences, from culinary tastes and allergies to specific ambiance and amenity choices, and meticulously updating these profiles.
    • Managing the entire aircraft inventory—from fine linens and china to specialty catering—ensuring quality, consistency, and perfect presentation before every departure.
    • Proactively sourcing, shopping for, and stocking all preferred items, maintaining freshness through vigilant rotation.
    • Conducting detailed cabin inspections, identifying any wear or maintenance needs, and coordinating seamlessly with the Pilot in Command.
    • Preparing the aircraft to impeccable standards for both routine travel and special showings for potential charter clients.
    • Maintaining a perfectly flexible schedule to adapt to dynamic flight plans, with continuous communication to In-Flight Services management.

    The Professional We Are Seeking

This role demands a unique blend of operational expertise and intuitive hospitality. The ideal candidate is a discreet, self-motivated professional who thrives in an autonomous, high-trust environment.

    Required Qualifications & Skills:

    • A minimum of 3 years of dedicated large-cabin experience in a Part 91 and/or Part 135 private/corporate jet environment.
    • Valid driver's license, passport, and current Food Handler Certification.
    • Current emergency training certificate (including CPR/First Aid) from an approved facility within the last 12 months.
    • An unwavering commitment to flexibility, including being on-call and available to work weekends, holidays, and across time zones.
    • The physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, safely handle luggage and provisions, and work in various weather conditions.
    • A proven track record demonstrating:
      • Extreme Ownership & Accountability: You see the cabin as your domain and take full responsibility for its condition and service.
      • Anticipatory Service Intuition: The ability to think three steps ahead to meet needs before they are expressed.
      • Grace Under Pressure: Impeccable poise and problem-solving skills in a dynamic, distracting environment.
      • Collaborative Communication: The ability to work as a unified team with pilots and management through clear, professional dialogue.
