In this unique position, you will be the guardian of luxury and hygiene, ensuring our premium cabins—especially our exclusive Shower Spas—present a flawless, personalized experience that delights our most discerning First-Class guests.
This role is a cornerstone of our in-flight hospitality, focused on the upkeep and personalization of our cabin environments. You will report directly to the senior cabin crew, working autonomously to uphold our exacting standards and contribute to the seamless, positive image we project to every customer on board.
Your Mission: Precision in Every Detail
You will be responsible for transforming and maintaining our cabin amenities into pristine, welcoming spaces throughout the flight. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to hygiene will directly impact the luxury experience we are renowned for.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the inventory of premium amenities to ensure all facilities are fully stocked and ready for service, from initial boarding through to the final hour of the flight.
- Conducting pre-flight inspections and preparation of the A380 Shower Spas and all cabin lavatories, arranging amenities to create an inviting atmosphere for our guests.
- Performing prompt, thorough, and hygienic cleaning of the Shower Spas after each use, adhering to a detailed checklist to meet our exceptional standards.
- Personally tailoring the Shower Spa for each guest according to the reservation schedule, arranging their selected products to create a moment of surprise and delight.
- Proactively managing the Shower Spa schedule and access to maintain order and cleanliness, ensuring every guest receives their dedicated, private experience.
- Routinely maintaining all lavatories and social areas (including the First and Business Class Lounges) to ensure they are clean, well-stocked, and aesthetically pleasing throughout the journey.
- Acting as an extra set of eyes for cabin safety and maintenance, immediately reporting any defects, irregularities, or suspicious items to the Purser to safeguard our customers, colleagues, and aircraft.
Who We Are Looking For?
We are looking for a professional who takes immense pride in creating perfect environments and understands the silent language of luxury service. The ideal candidate is discreet, proactive, and thrives on precision.
To qualify for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 10 years of schooling or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of hands-on customer service experience with an international hotel chain, airline, or other world-class service provider.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
- A natural inclination for meticulous work, with an ability to follow procedures diligently while maintaining a calm demeanor in a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or cabin hygiene role within the hospitality industry will be a distinct advantage.
