Become the Backbone of Our Flying Experience: Crew Support Specialist in Casablanca!
At TUI Airline, we believe an exceptional flight is crafted by the seamless partnership between our cabin crew and the dedicated team supporting them on the ground. We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Crew Support Specialist to join our Customer, Cabin & Inflight Services (CCIS) team in Casablanca. This is a part-time role designed for an organised communicator who thrives in a dynamic aviation environment, ensuring our operational excellence and our crew feel fully supported to deliver the memorable TUI holiday experience.
Your Mission: Operational Excellence & Crew Empowerment
In this multifaceted role, you will be the vital link between our inflight operations, our cabin crew, and our service partners. Your analytical eye and proactive coordination will directly impact our service quality, on-time performance, and crew engagement. From monitoring daily feedback to supporting new crew members, you will ensure our operations run smoothly and our teams have the tools and information they need to succeed.
A Glimpse into Your Key Responsibilities:
- Driving Performance & Insight: You'll monitor daily cabin reports to identify trends, ensuring swift follow-up and compiling insightful weekly and monthly KPI analyses to help us continuously improve.
- Operational Support & Problem-Solving: Assist in investigating service-related occurrences and delays, contributing to our on-time performance. Provide crucial support during flight disruptions and help implement new customer and crew initiatives onboard.
- Stakeholder Coordination & Communication: Collaborate closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely, accurate information flow and that all contractual agreements, including invoice auditing, are met. You'll also help craft clear, engaging communications for our cabin crew, from briefs to newsletters.
- Crew Onboarding & Engagement: Play a key role in welcoming new crew, coordinating their IT setup and initial communications. You'll actively participate in engagement initiatives like cabin days and occasional travel to Marrakech and Agadir to foster a strong, connected community.
- Quality Assurance on the Ground: Conduct spot checks during ramp and supplier visits, verifying loading procedures and product quality to support our menu and service standards.
Are You the Right Fit?
We're looking for a natural organiser with a service-oriented heart and a passion for aviation. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver who takes initiative.
Your skills and experience should include:
- Outstanding organisational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication abilities and a meticulous eye for detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the confidence to work independently and escalate issues appropriately.
- Strong IT proficiency, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite, and a quick aptitude for learning new internal systems.
- A solid background in a customer service environment.
- Fluency in English and French is required; Arabic language skills are a distinct advantage.
- A valid driving license and willingness to travel as required within Morocco.
- While not essential, previous cabin crew experience or an aviation background is highly valued.
Why You'll Love Working with TUI in Morocco?
We are committed to not just offering a job, but a place where you belong and can build a meaningful career.
- A Rewarding Package: An attractive remuneration starting from 5000 Dirhams per month, plus monthly meal and transport allowances. This is complemented by discretionary bonus schemes, generous travel benefits for you and your family, and extensive health & well-being support.
- Flexibility & Growth: We champion dynamic and flexible working. You'll have access to the TUI Learning Hub to shape your career path and opportunities to collaborate on global projects.
