In this senior role, you will be the cornerstone of our cabin crew training and quality assurance. Your deep knowledge and hands-on experience will ensure our crew members are not only compliant with DGCA regulations but are also ambassadors of our inflight service philosophy. You will conduct critical line checks, lead instructional sessions, and serve as the vital link between our operational standards and their flawless execution in the air. This is a role for a true leader who finds fulfillment in developing talent and safeguarding our reputation for safety and hospitality.
Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:
- Conducting line checks and proficiency assessments for A320 cabin crew to ensure strict adherence to safety, emergency, and service procedures.
- Delivering engaging and effective training modules for new hires and recurrent crew, focusing on DGCA-mandated curricula and company standards.
- Providing constructive feedback and coaching to crew members, fostering their professional growth and operational confidence.
- Acting as a subject matter expert, ensuring all cabin crew practices align with DGCA regulations and BBN Airlines' policies.
- Upholding and exemplifying the highest standards of personal appearance, professionalism, and crew conduct.
What You Bring to the Role?
We are looking for a certified professional who combines regulatory expertise with a natural ability to teach and lead. The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Indonesian citizenship.
- Excellent physical and mental health, meeting all airline medical standards.
- Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of additional languages is a valuable asset.
- A valid DGCA Letter of Authorization (LOA) for the A320 aircraft as a GIFA/CIFA/CCFA, with a minimum of 1 year of validity remaining.
- Flexibility and willingness to be assigned to any company-designated base as required.
- The ability to mobilize and join our team promptly, supported by necessary employment documentation.
- A professional appearance with no visible tattoos while in the official uniform.
- Meeting the minimum height requirement with a normal BMI:
- Female: 160 cm
- Male: 165 cm
