    Your Mission: To Ensure Excellence from the Ground Up

    As the Cabin Crew Manager, you will own the end-to-end operational readiness and performance of our G9 cabin crew. Your leadership will ensure every flight departs with a team that is safe, compliant, motivated, and fully equipped to deliver a consistently positive customer experience. You will balance rigorous operational oversight with genuine crew support, acting as a crucial link between frontline teams, central operations, and company leadership.


    Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

    • Operational & Regulatory Leadership: Direct daily cabin crew operations with an unwavering commitment to safety, punctuality, and full compliance with GCAA and internal regulations. You will maintain operational manuals and ensure all procedural updates are effectively implemented and understood by the crew.
    • Performance & Standards Management: Implement and oversee a robust performance management framework. You will monitor KPIs, analyze trends in punctuality, service quality, and crew readiness, and develop targeted interventions to address performance gaps while recognizing excellence.
    • Crew Development & Welfare: Lead, mentor, and develop your team of Duty Coordinators and Crew Supervisors. Foster a culture of accountability and high morale through clear communication, effective welfare initiatives, and structured feedback, managing leave and schedules in line with operational demands.
    • Service Excellence: Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to champion and uphold Air Arabia's service, grooming, and professionalism standards. You will drive initiatives that continuously elevate the onboard customer journey in line with our brand promise.
    • Strategic Reporting & Improvement: Provide management with insightful, data-driven reports and actionable recommendations. You will lead continuous improvement projects, share best practices across hubs, and play a key role in strategic planning for cabin crew operations.

    The Ideal Candidate Brings

    We are looking for a proactive leader with a substantial background in aviation operations and a proven ability to manage complex, diverse teams.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
    • A minimum of 10 years of experience in cabin crew operations management, including direct leadership of large, multicultural teams.
    • Significant frontline experience as cabin crew, preferably in a supervisory or senior purser role, is a distinct advantage.
    • In-depth knowledge of GCAA regulations, cabin crew licensing, fatigue risk management, and airline operational control processes.
    • Strong familiarity with HR principles, performance management systems, and disciplinary procedures.
    • High proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) for analysis, reporting, and presentation.
