Shape the Standard of Private Aviation: Cabin Attendant for Boeing Business Jet!

At Clay Lacy Aviation, we don't just operate aircraft; we curate a lifestyle of unparalleled safety, discretion, and refinement. We are seeking a consummate professional to join our team as a Cabin Attendant for a prestigious Part 91/135 Boeing Business Jet (BBJ) based at Palm Beach International Airport (KPBI). This is a role for someone who understands that true luxury lies in flawless execution and deeply personalized service. If you are dedicated to upholding the highest standards in private aviation and thrive in an environment where every detail matters, we invite you to apply.

Your Mission: To Deliver a Legendary, Seamless Experience!

In this integral role, you will be the sole ambassador of the cabin, entrusted with the complete operation and hospitality onboard. Your primary responsibility is to ensure an impeccable, safe, and deeply personalized journey for the aircraft's discerning owners and guests. This extends far beyond the flight itself, encompassing meticulous preparation, inventory mastery, and a profound understanding of preferences. With approximately 450 annual flight hours, this position demands a proactive, organized, and exceptionally dedicated individual.

A Glimpse into Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Serving as the ultimate guardian of safety, compliance, and gracious service throughout all phases of flight.
    • Mastering the owner's detailed preferences—from culinary tastes and allergies to specific amenity requests—and ensuring their profile is meticulously maintained and anticipated.
    • Taking full ownership of the aircraft's cabin inventory, including sourcing, shopping for, and stocking all provisions, and conducting regular quality checks to ensure freshness and readiness.
    • Preparing the aircraft to an exacting standard before every departure, ensuring the cabin is spotless, all catering is perfectly arranged, and every personalized item is in its place.
    • Proactively managing the cabin's condition, identifying any wear or issues and coordinating with the Pilot in Command for resolution.
    • Maintaining the aircraft's interior spaces, including lockers and storage, and handling the on/off-loading of items during maintenance periods.
    • Ensuring the aircraft is presented perfectly for charter showings, reflecting the impeccable Clay Lacy brand.
    • Maintaining a flexible, on-call schedule to align seamlessly with the owner's dynamic travel needs, supported by clear communication with In-Flight Services management.

    The Professional We Seek

You are a seasoned expert who combines operational excellence with intuitive hospitality. The required foundation includes:

    • A minimum of 3 years of large-cabin private/corporate jet experience under Part 91 and/or Part 135 operations.
    • Residence within a 2-hour drivable commute of the aircraft's base in South Florida (KPBI). This is a local, non-commutable position.
    • A valid driver's license, passport, and current Food Handler Certification.
    • Current emergency training (within the last 12 months) including CPR/First Aid from an approved facility.
    • Willingness and ability to complete Clay Lacy's indoctrination training.
    • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, and to be on-call when not on a scheduled day off.
    • Successful completion of a pre-employment background and drug screening.

    Your Character and Capabilities

We value these core competencies as much as your experience:

    • An innate drive to build trust and deliver customer-centric solutions with integrity and authenticity.
    • A collaborative spirit and a strong sense of shared accountability with your flight team.
    • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to make sound, timely decisions.
    • A self-aware, results-driven professional who is resourceful, proactive, and able to prioritize expertly in a dynamic environment.
    • The physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods and manage tasks in all weather conditions.
