What You'll Do Day to Day?
Prepare for Excellence
You'll arrive for each shift professionally groomed, fully fit, and ready to fly. During the pre-flight briefing, you'll review flight details, security protocols, and individual roles to ensure a seamless operation from the moment passengers step onboard.
Champion Safety
Safety comes first, always. You'll guide passengers through safety procedures with clarity and confidence, keeping a watchful eye for any security concerns. Whether administering first aid or reporting irregularities to the Cabin Supervisor, your vigilance ensures everyone travels securely. You'll also conduct thorough pre-flight checks of emergency equipment, catering supplies, and cabin provisions—flagging any deficiencies immediately.
Elevate the Passenger Experience
From warm greetings at the boarding door to attending to individual requests, you'll make every passenger feel valued and cared for. You'll have a special ability to notice when someone needs extra support—perhaps a nervous flyer or a family traveling with young children—and respond with genuine empathy and professionalism.
Drive Engagement Onboard
Beyond service, you'll contribute to our onboard retail experience, promoting meals, products, and our "Charity Cloud" program with enthusiasm. You'll handle cash and card payments securely while working toward individual and team sales targets.
Maintain Excellence Behind the Scenes
Your responsibilities extend beyond passenger interactions. You'll ensure the cabin is spotless during transit stops, verify that catering and duty-free supplies are fully stocked, and complete thorough handovers with ground staff. After each flight, you'll participate in post-flight briefings, providing constructive feedback and sealing duty-free containers according to procedure.
Grow Continuously
You'll stay sharp through recurrent training, emergency procedure workshops, and ongoing professional development—keeping your license current and your skills competitive.
Who We're Looking For?

Essential Requirements:
- Age between 20 and 32 years
- Minimum height: 160 cm for females, 170 cm for males (weight proportional to height)
- Clear, blemish-free skin with no visible tattoos while in uniform
- Medically and physically fit to perform all cabin crew duties
- Ability to swim with the aid of a flotation device
- Minimum education: Higher Secondary Certificate or Diploma
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Advantageous Qualifications:
- Diploma in Travel or Tourism
- First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures training
- Previous cabin crew experience or a valid active cabin crew license
- Customer service background in aviation, hospitality, or related industries
- Flexibility to work shifts, extended hours, and adapt to changing schedules
- Ability to deliver against KPIs and contribute to team objectives
