What We're Looking For?
We're seeking individuals who combine a professional mindset with a naturally warm personality. To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following:
- At least 20 years of age.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- While international aviation experience is an advantage, we also welcome candidates with at least one year of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or similar people-focused roles.
- Full fluency in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a welcome advantage.
- Good overall health and the ability to pass a comprehensive aero medical examination.
- A minimum height of 158 cm, in line with our safety requirements.
- A polished, well-groomed appearance that meets flydubai's professional standards.
- No visible tattoos while in uniform.
- Confidence in the water, including the ability to remain calm while wearing a flotation aid or life jacket.
- A valid passport with no restrictions on international travel.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts—because aviation never sleeps.
- A genuine enthusiasm for serving others and a proactive approach to anticipating guest needs.
- Respect for diverse cultures and a willingness to thrive in a truly multicultural team environment.
- A sharp safety instinct and the ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
- Readiness to relocate to Dubai and embrace life in one of the world's most exciting cities.

- Plus variable flying pay: Approximately USD 1,200 per month (based on an average of 90 flying hours)
