    Your Role: Keeping Cabin Services Organized and Ready

    As our Junior Office Assistant, you'll be the organizational backbone of the Cabin Services team. Your work ensures that everything from crew files to office supplies is managed efficiently, allowing our operational teams to focus on what they do best. You'll handle documents, update databases, coordinate with other departments, and maintain the systems that keep our division running seamlessly. While this role is based in an office environment, it offers a genuine glimpse into the inner workings of a global airline.


    What You'll Do Day to Day

    Your responsibilities will be varied, giving you a well-rounded foundation in administrative support:

    • Manage Communications: Distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring nothing gets missed. You'll also help categorize printed emails and update individual cabin crew personnel files.
    • Keep Files Flawless: Maintain an organized, up-to-date filing system for all documents, letters, and correspondence. You'll prepare files for new crew members and refresh damaged or bulky files as needed.
    • Support Daily Operations: Update databases and contribute to daily and weekly reports. You'll also help keep the filing room functional and orderly.
    • Coordinate Supplies: Monitor and distribute office stationery and pantry supplies, ensuring the team always has what they need.
    • Liaise Across Departments: Work with other divisions to coordinate documentation and assist with delivering IT equipment when required.
    • Adapt as Needed: Take on additional duties as directed by the Head of Department, contributing wherever your skills are needed.

    What We're Looking For?

    We value attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

    • A High School Education (or equivalent).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
    • Strong administrative skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • A professional understanding of confidentiality when handling sensitive information and documents.
    • Flexibility to work extended hours or on a shift roster when needed, and comfort with a uniformed role.
    • A Valid Qatar Driving License is a definite advantage, so if you have one, be sure to mention it.
