Who We're Looking For?
We're seeking candidates with proven aviation experience who are ready to step into roles that match their background. Our requirements are tailored to ensure you're set up for success from day one.
Position-Specific Requirements
For Cabin Manager:
- A minimum of 1,000 total flight hours in a Cabin Manager role at another airline
- At least 1 year of experience specifically as a Cabin Manager
- A minimum of 3 consecutive years of continuous flying experience
For Business Class Flight Attendant:
- A minimum of 500 total flight hours as a Flight Attendant, with previous experience specifically in a Business Class cabin role at another airline
- Must have held the Business Class Flight Attendant position prior to joining SPA
For Flight Attendant (Economy):
- A minimum of 500 total flight hours in a Flight Attendant role at another airline
General Requirements (All Positions)
To be considered, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Education: High school diploma or higher
- Height: Male between 170cm – 185cm; Female between 160cm – 175cm
- English Proficiency:
- Flight Attendant / Business Class Flight Attendant: Minimum TOEIC 550 or equivalent (IELTS 5.0 / TOEFL ITP 450 / TOEFL iBT 35 / VSTEP 5.5 / Bachelor's degree in English Language with a Good grade or higher)
- Cabin Manager: Minimum TOEIC 600 or equivalent (IELTS 5.0 / TOEFL ITP 475 / TOEFL iBT 40 / VSTEP 5.5 / Bachelor's degree in English Language with a Good grade or higher)
- Please note: All degrees and certifications must remain valid up to the time of joining.
