Join Air Haifa: Where Hospitality Meets the Skies!

Air Haifa is growing, and we're looking for warm, capable, and service-driven flight attendants to join our team. Operating scheduled flights on our modern ATR 72-600 aircraft, you'll play a vital role in shaping how our passengers experience regional travel—with safety, comfort, and genuine Israeli hospitality at the forefront.

This is not a job for someone seeking a rigid 9-to-5 routine. It's for those who thrive on variety, enjoy working closely with others, and take pride in making every passenger feel looked after. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

    What You'll Be Doing?

As a flight attendant with Air Haifa, your days will be spent both in the cabin and as part of a close-knit crew. Your primary focus is always passenger safety, but your warmth and professionalism will define the onboard experience. From welcoming travelers aboard to assisting throughout the flight and ensuring a smooth landing, you'll be the face of our airline—and a key reason people choose to fly with us again.

    What We're Looking For?

We take a thoughtful approach to building our team. Here's what you'll need to qualify:

    • Israeli citizenship – this is a requirement for the role.
    • Language skills – fluency in both Hebrew and English is essential. A third language gives you a strong advantage.
    • Education – at least 12 years of formal education, including a high school diploma. An academic degree is a plus.
    • Experience – a minimum of two years in customer service, team-based work, or a similar people-focused role.
    • Presentation – excellent personal appearance and professional presentation are part of the job.
    • Service mindset – high service orientation and strong communication skills are non-negotiable.
    • Medical certification – a valid medical certificate is required. A paramedic or combat medic background is a strong advantage.
    • Military or national service – completed service is an advantage, though not strictly required.
    • Teaching or guiding experience – if you have a background in instruction, guiding, or training, that's also a plus.

A Few Important Notes Before You Apply

This role requires genuine flexibility. Because we operate on weekends and holidays, you'll need to be available when our passengers are traveling. If you're looking for a role that works around a traditional Monday-to-Friday schedule, this likely isn't the right fit.

    Why Join Air Haifa?

You'll be part of a dedicated, team-oriented environment where your contributions matter. Based in Haifa, you'll have the chance to represent a growing airline that values professionalism, service excellence, and a strong connection to the community. Every flight brings new faces, new challenges, and new opportunities to make someone's journey better.

    Ready to Join the Crew?

If you're ready to bring your skills, personality, and commitment to the cabin, we invite you to apply.
