Elevate Your Career: Corporate Flight Attendant – Bank of America (Charlotte, NC)!

Bank of America is seeking an experienced, poised, and highly professional Corporate Flight Attendant to join our executive aviation team based in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is not a typical flying role—you'll be supporting senior executives and valued clients aboard our corporate aircraft, traveling to destinations around the globe. If you take pride in delivering flawless service, managing complex logistics with grace, and creating a calm, safe, and welcoming cabin environment for high-profile passengers, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do Onboard and Beyond?

As the face of Bank of America's in-flight experience, your role blends safety leadership, culinary planning, and executive-level hospitality. You'll work both independently and alongside a small, tight-knit crew to ensure every journey is seamless from start to finish.

    Your day-to-day will include:

    • Leading cabin safety from start to finish—delivering thorough emergency briefings, maintaining full knowledge of all safety systems, and being fully prepared to respond in any situation.
    • Anticipating passenger needs with genuine care, managing everything from seating comfort and medical considerations to last-minute special requests.
    • Planning and sourcing creative, high-quality meals that accommodate strict dietary requirements, and ensuring all commissary supplies and food are stocked before every departure.
    • Managing the "office in the sky"—providing onboard connectivity and workspace support so executives can remain productive during flight.
    • Performing additional duties as needed, always representing Bank of America with discretion, professionalism, and warmth.

What You Bring to the Team?

We're looking for a flight attendant who has mastered the balance of safety, service, and situational awareness. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

    Required Qualifications:

    • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent (a BA or BS degree is strongly preferred).
    • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Flight Attendant, ideally within corporate aviation under Part 91 operations.
    • Completion of certified Flight Attendant training from an accredited organization such as MedAire, Flight Safety International, or FACTS.
    • Current proficiency in emergency evacuation procedures and medical response training.
    • Hands-on experience with large-cabin corporate aircraft, including catering, food preparation, and cabin service.
    • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact naturally and confidently with senior executives while maintaining control of the cabin environment.
    • Willingness and ability to travel on long-duration international flights.
    • A valid U.S. Passport.
    • Current residence within 75 minutes of the Charlotte airport—or a willingness to relocate to that radius.

The Soft Skills That Set You Apart

Beyond the technical qualifications, we're looking for someone who embodies:

    • Adaptability and composure when plans change mid-flight.
    • Sharp attention to detail—nothing escapes your notice.
    • The ability to manage conflict or challenging situations with emotional intelligence and poise.
    • Genuine collaboration and a customer-first mindset.
    • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, even under pressure.
    • Active listening and critical thinking—you hear what's said and what's not.
    • A deep understanding of policies, procedures, and when to apply them.

    Why This Role Is Different?

This isn't just a job change—it's a career step into a world of stability, respect, and meaningful responsibility. You'll be part of a global financial institution that values excellence, discretion, and the wellbeing of its people. If you're ready to bring your corporate aviation experience to a role where your contributions are truly seen and appreciated, we invite you to apply.
