What You'll Be Doing?
As a member of our cabin crew, your most important responsibility is the safety and security of everyone on board. But beyond that, you'll be the human face of Green Africa—someone passengers remember long after they've landed.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Upholding all safety and service standards as required by the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), ensuring every flight meets regulatory expectations.
- Reporting any incidents, unusual observations, or operational concerns directly to the commander, and taking ownership of cabin service management throughout each flight.
- Maintaining a professional demeanor and code of conduct at all times while in uniform—on and off the aircraft.
- Leading or participating in thorough pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefings to ensure every team member is aligned and every lesson is captured.
- Providing passengers with genuine comfort, courteous assistance, and thoughtful service—turning a routine flight into a positive experience.
- Acting as a proud ambassador for Green Africa in public settings, always representing the airline's values and best interests.

What You Bring to the Role
To be considered for this position, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in any field of study.
- Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or a valid Exemption certificate.
- Fluency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of any additional language is a welcome advantage.
- Excellent overall health and physical fitness—this role demands energy and stamina.
