Your Role: Guardian of Safety and Ambassador of Service
As Cabin Crew at Green Africa Airways, you'll play a vital role in every passenger's journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Upholding safety and service standards in line with NCAA regulations
- Reporting any incidents, occurrences, or observations to the commander on flights
- Managing cabin services with professionalism and efficiency
- Ensuring decorum and code of conduct are maintained by cabin crew while in uniform
- Conducting comprehensive pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefings
- Ensuring cabin safety and security onboard at all times
- Providing optimum comfort and service for passengers with courtesy, efficiency, thoughtfulness, and assistance
- Publicly behaving as an ambassador, representing the best interest of the airline
What We're Looking For?
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in any field
- NYSC: Must have completed NYSC or hold an Exemption certificate
- Language: Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Health: Excellent health and fitness levels
- Skills: Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, decision-making, attention to detail, and quality
