What You'll Be Doing Day to Day?
In this role, you are the heartbeat of the inflight experience for our most discerning passengers. You'll take full ownership of everything inside the cabin, from the moment an aircraft is prepared for departure to the final post-flight reset. Safety comes first, always—but beyond that, you will deliver a seamless, personalised service that feels effortless to our passengers because of your meticulous behind-the-scenes work.
You will act as the essential bridge between passengers and the flight crew, ensuring clear communication and anticipating needs before they're expressed. Before every flight, you'll oversee aircraft preparation, catering, cleanliness, and overall presentation down to the smallest detail. Pre-flight checks on safety and service equipment will be second nature, and you'll promptly flag anything out of order.
After each flight, you'll maintain the cabin's cleanliness and readiness for the next journey, handling re-catering and restocking with the same attention you gave to the preparation. You'll also complete all required documentation carefully, following company and regulatory guidelines to the letter.
What You Bring to the Team?
We're looking for a true professional who has spent time honing their craft. Here's what you'll need to succeed in this role:
- At least 10 years of continuous experience with an international airline—this is the foundation we require
- Extensive Business Class service experience is essential. First Class or corporate aviation background? That's a definite advantage
- Prior experience in private or business jet operations is highly desirable and will set you apart
- A strong, instinctive understanding of inflight safety procedures and service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to read a room and adapt your approach
- A sharp eye for detail paired with a genuine customer service orientation
- The highest level of professionalism, discretion, and personal presentation. Confidentiality is non-negotiable in this environment
- A self-motivated, proactive personality—you don't wait to be told what to do
- The ability to perform calmly and competently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
