We are currently expanding and looking for a dedicated, service-minded Cabin Crew member to join us at Malmö Airport (MMX), flying aboard our Saab 2000 aircraft. A Quick Note on Our Structure
Skåne Aviation is a marketing company. The airline actually operating our flights is Frost Air AB, also based in Malmö. This means that while you represent the Skåne Aviation brand to our passengers, all flight operations and safety protocols fall under Frost Air's responsibility. You'll be working in a streamlined, professional environment where clarity and collaboration between the two entities is essential.
What You'll Be Doing Day to Day?
As the sole Cabin Crew member onboard, your role is central to everything we do. You'll be the face of the airline from the first greeting to the final goodbye, all while maintaining the highest safety standards. Your main responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the safety and comfort of every passenger, following all EASA requirements and internal procedures to the letter.
- Managing the cabin independently—from pre-flight checks to in-flight service and post-landing duties.
- Creating a calm, professional, and genuinely personal onboard experience, even on short-haul flights where time is tight.
- Handling any emergency situations, first aid needs, or safety-related incidents with confidence and composure.
- Continuously improving our operation by providing thoughtful feedback and reporting.
What We're Looking For?
We need someone who takes safety as seriously as they take service. Our flights move quickly, and we need a crew member who stays structured and warm under pressure.
To qualify for this role, you must have:
- Completed upper secondary education or equivalent.
- Fluency in Swedish and very good command of English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm and effective under time pressure.
- At least one year of experience as Cabin Crew (experience in single cabin crew operations is a strong advantage).
- A valid Cabin Crew Medical assessment.
- A deep sense of responsibility, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- A practical maximum height of 175 cm.
- A valid driver's license.
- The ability to report to Malmö Airport (MMX) within 90 minutes when on call.
