Join the Fly Jinnah Family as Cabin Crew – Based in Faisalabad!

Are you ready to take on a role where every day brings new faces, new destinations, and the chance to truly make someone's journey better? Fly Jinnah is looking for warm, professional, and safety-conscious individuals to join our Cabin Crew team in Faisalabad. If you're someone who naturally puts others at ease, stays calm when things get busy, and takes pride in representing a brand you believe in, this could be the perfect fit.

    What You'll Really Be Doing?

Let's be honest—this isn't just a job about serving drinks and smiling (though you'll do plenty of both). As a Fly Jinnah Cabin Crew member, you are the airline's ambassador from the moment passengers check in until they step off the plane. Your number one priority? Safety. Right alongside that? Making sure every passenger feels seen, heard, and well taken care of.

    Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Before Takeoff: You'll arrive on time, looking polished and professional, and ready for your pre-flight briefing. This is where you and your team go over flight details, role assignments, security checks, and boarding plans. You'll also do a thorough check of emergency equipment, catering supplies, and other essentials—because being prepared is how we keep everyone safe.

In the Air: You'll welcome passengers aboard, help with boarding, and keep the aircraft logbook updated according to airline and civil aviation rules. Throughout the flight, you'll be the go-to person for passenger needs—whether that's handling special meal requests, assisting someone who's anxious about flying, or simply offering a reassuring smile. You'll also help promote our onboard meals, products, and our "Charity Cloud" program, contributing to team sales targets while handling payments securely and professionally.

In Case of Emergencies: You'll instruct passengers on safety procedures, identify potential risks, and work closely with your Cabin Supervisor to take action based on our standard operating procedures. If someone needs first aid, you'll be ready to help. And if anything isn't working as it should, you'll promptly let your Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, or Captain know.

After Landing: You'll help ensure the cabin is thoroughly cleaned during transit stops, confirm that catering and duty-free products are restocked, and coordinate with cleaning or maintenance staff. You'll also complete post-flight reports, provide feedback on your Cabin Supervisor when required, and seal up duty-free containers properly.

    What We're Looking For?

    The Basics:

    • You have at least a Higher Secondary School Certificate (a diploma in Travel or Tourism is a nice bonus)
    • You're fluent in English (additional languages? Even better)
    • You're fit to fly—good general health, no serious medical conditions or chronic illnesses
    • You have a valid passport and can work shift patterns, including extended hours when needed

The Personality Traits That Matter Most:

    • You're presentable, friendly, and keep a positive attitude—yes, even when things get stressful
    • You genuinely enjoy helping people and can pick up on what a passenger needs, sometimes before they ask
    • You can handle difficult situations or frustrated customers without losing your cool or damaging the company's image
    • You stay focused under pressure and can spot irregularities or threats before they become problems
    • You're proactive and self-motivated—you don't wait to be told what to do
    • You're a strong team player who communicates clearly and manages time well

Experience (Don't Worry If You're New!)

Fresh graduates are absolutely encouraged to apply. Seriously—we mean it. If you've worked in customer service, hospitality, or aviation before, that's a great advantage. An active cabin crew license is also a plus. But your attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn matter just as much as your resume.

What You'll Need to Be Comfortable With:

    • Working in shifts and for extended hours when flights run long
    • Adapting quickly to schedule changes and busy seasons
    • Delivering against performance goals, policies, and safety procedures

    Why Join Fly Jinnah?

You'll be part of a growing airline that values its people and takes pride in making air travel accessible, comfortable, and safe for everyone. You'll receive ongoing training to keep your skills sharp and your license current—including recurrent safety and emergency procedures training. And you'll work alongside a team that has your back, whether you're handling a routine flight or an unexpected situation.

If you're ready to represent Fly Jinnah with pride, keep passengers safe, and turn every flight into a positive experience, we'd love to see your application.
