Location: Salt Lake City, UT (you must live within 1.5 hours of SLC or be willing to relocate)
SkyShare is looking for a polished, proactive, and service-driven aviation professional to join our team as a Lead Corporate Cabin Attendant based in Salt Lake City. This isn't just a flight attendant role—it's a leadership position for someone who takes pride in orchestrating a flawless, five-star experience from the moment the aircraft door closes. If you thrive on anticipating needs, solving problems quietly and efficiently, and representing a brand with discretion and warmth, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing: The Heart of the Cabin Experience
In this role, you are the bridge between our flight crew, our passengers, and our support teams. Your mission is simple but critical: deliver an elevated passenger experience by ensuring operational readiness, impeccable service execution, and uncompromising safety on every single flight. From catering coordination to cabin safety, you'll own the details so our passengers can simply enjoy the journey.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Flight Operations & Safety:
- You'll work closely with the Pilot in Command (PIC), receiving operational guidance and promptly reporting any cabin discrepancies or maintenance needs.
- Before each flight, you'll perform thorough preflight checks to confirm every piece of cabin equipment is ready and compliant.
- Passenger safety is your highest priority—you'll ensure all federal regulations are followed, deliver clear safety briefings, and remain prepared to manage emergencies with calm authority.
- You'll be trained and ready to operate fire extinguishers, life rafts, oxygen equipment, and an AED whenever needed.
Passenger Experience:
- From entertainment systems to satellite phones and data ports, you'll brief passengers on how everything works, then assist with seating, luggage, and restraint systems.
- You'll also provide dedicated support for passengers with disabilities and for children requiring restraint systems—always with patience and care.
Cabin Presentation & Catering:
- Working alongside pilots, maintenance, and cleaning crews, you'll ensure the cabin is spotless, organized, and welcoming for every departure.
- You'll take the lead on menu planning, creating beautifully printed menus and weather cards that add a thoughtful, personal touch.
- From ordering and shopping to preparing and serving meals and beverages, you'll execute high-end dining at altitude.
- You'll also maintain galley and lavatory inventory, sourcing supplies from trusted vendors to keep everything fully stocked.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Before each flight, you'll confirm the aircraft meets all specifications, and you'll maintain detailed client profiles, post-trip reports, and catering records.
- You'll also help create and update aircraft-specific manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring everything is current and accurate.
Training & Mentorship:
- Staying current is non-negotiable—you'll maintain all required certifications in safety, medical response, and company indoctrination.
- As a lead, you'll also train or supervise contract and part-time cabin crew, sharing your knowledge and modeling excellence.
Brand Representation:
- Whether interacting with passengers, vendors, or teammates, you represent SkyShare with professionalism, integrity, and a genuine service mindset.
- You'll always adhere to FAA regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
Schedule & Availability:
- This role demands flexibility. You must be available for overnight trips, weekends, holidays, and varied-hour flights on your scheduled days.
- And just to confirm: you must live within a 1.5-hour drive of our Salt Lake City base.
