Elevate Your Career in Private Aviation – Cabin Attendant: Global 8000 (Van Nuys, CA)!

Clay Lacy Aviation is seeking an experienced, polished, and highly organized Cabin Attendant to join our team based in Van Nuys, CA (KVNY). This is a full-time position operating on a Global 8000 under Part 91, with approximately 400 flight hours and 100 days of travel annually. If you have a minimum of five years of experience in large-cabin private or corporate aviation and take pride in delivering a truly legendary service experience, we want to hear from you.

This role is about more than just service—it's about anticipating needs, mastering preferences, and creating a seamless, luxurious environment for discerning clientele. You'll be the face of Clay Lacy in the cabin, ensuring every detail is attended to with precision, discretion, and warmth.

    What You'll Be Doing?

As our Cabin Attendant, you'll take full ownership of the cabin experience, managing everything from pre-flight preparation to post-flight follow-up. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Ensuring strict compliance with all safety regulations and protocols while delivering exceptional, personalized service to passengers
    • Learning and maintaining detailed knowledge of the owner's food preferences, dietary needs, allergies, and other personalized requests
    • Regularly updating passenger profiles and maintaining accurate aircraft inventory records
    • Organizing and maintaining owner lockers, cages, and office spaces, ensuring all bedding, cabin supplies, and equipment are accounted for and well-maintained
    • Conducting routine inventory checks to ensure quality, consistency, and readiness of all cabin supplies
    • Preparing the aircraft with necessary amenities, catering, and special requests—ensuring the cabin is spotless and all items are current and in place before each flight
    • Sourcing, shopping for, and stocking the aircraft with the owner's preferred items, rotating supplies and replacing items as needed
    • Proactively identifying and addressing any issues related to cabin wear and tear, coordinating with the Pilot in Command (PIC) or appropriate department
    • Safely offloading and on-loading aircraft items during regular maintenance events or as required
    • Setting up the aircraft for showings to potential charter clients, ensuring it meets the highest standards
    • Maintaining a flexible schedule to accommodate the owner's schedule, adapting to changes in flight schedules as necessary
    • Maintaining continuous communication with In-Flight Services management to ensure smooth operations and support
    • Performing other duties as assigned or requested

    • Valid, unrestricted driver's license
