- Candidates who pass the video interview will be invited to attend our face-to-face interviews in Colombo
- Successful candidates must be able to commence employment within three months from the date of application
What We're Looking For?
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Personality: Pleasant, outgoing, and service-oriented—someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people
- Language Skills: Fluent in English with strong communication skills for servicing international customers
- Height Requirements:
- Females: Minimum 1.58m (to carry out safety and emergency procedures)
- Males: Minimum 1.65m (to carry out safety and emergency procedures)
- Education: Possess a Bachelor's Degree from a recognised university
- Relocation: Willing to relocate to Singapore
- Commitment: Willingness and commitment to serve a compulsory service bond
