Job Responsibilities
- Primarily responsible for cabin safety, passenger services, and in-flight emergency response—ensuring every passenger enjoys a safe, comfortable, and memorable journey
Requirements
1. Education and Major
- Graduates of domestic universities in the 2027 graduating class with a bachelor's degree or above, graduating between August 1, 2026, and July 31, 2027
- Graduates of overseas universities in the 2027 graduating class with a bachelor's degree or above, graduating between January 1, 2026, and July 31, 2027
- All majors are accepted
2. Age Requirements
- Bachelor's degree: 23 years old or younger (born on or after January 1, 2003)
- Postgraduate degree or above: 26 years old or younger (born on or after January 1, 2000)
3. Gender and Household Registration
- No restrictions
4. Foreign Language Proficiency
Applicants must meet at least one of the following English-language or second foreign-language requirements:
(1) English Language Requirements — Meet at least one:
- College English Test Band 6 (CET-6): 425 points or above
- Test for English Majors Band 4 (TEM-4) or above
- TOEIC: 650 points or above
- TOEFL iBT: 70 points or above
- IELTS: 5.5 or above
(2) Second Foreign Language Requirements:
Applicants must have a CET-4 score of at least 425 and meet at least one of the following:
- Spanish: Test for Spanish Majors Band 4 or CEFR B2 and above
- Italian: B2 or above
- Arabic: Test for Arabic Majors Band 4 or above
- Dutch: B2 or above
- French: Test for French Majors Band 4 or CEFR B2 and above
- Russian: Test for Russian Majors Band 4 or CEFR B2 and above
- German: Test for German Majors Band 4 or CEFR B2 and above
- Korean: Level 5 or above
- Japanese: JLPT N2 or above
5. Height Requirements
- Female: 163–175 cm
- Male: 173–185 cm
6. Appearance and Health
- Well-proportioned facial features and a professional appearance
- No prominent scars or tattoos
- No color blindness or color vision deficiency
7. Personal Qualities
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent service awareness and patience
- Good teamwork skills
8. Conduct
- Must abide by the law, have no adverse records, and uphold industry service standards and professional ethics
Employment Conditions
- Successfully pass the company's assessment and evaluation process
- Meet the medical fitness standards specified in the latest Implementation Rules for Medical Examination and Assessment Standards for Civil Aviation Personnel issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC). Medical examination costs are borne by the applicant.
- Meet the background investigation requirements for flight crew members
- Successfully complete cabin crew professional qualification training and an in-flight assessment. Training costs are borne by the applicant.
- Obtain a valid endorsement on the Certificate of Qualification for Civil Aviation Cabin Crew Training, provide a valid bachelor's degree or higher graduation certificate, and pass the employer's assessment and company review. Successful candidates will sign an employment contract directly with the company.
