What You’ll Be Doing?
As part of our cabin crew, you’ll be at the heart of the passenger journey. From the moment travelers step onboard until they safely disembark, you’ll make sure they feel comfortable, secure, and well looked after. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Attending pre-flight briefings to understand your role and flight details
- Carrying out safety and service checks before every departure, ensuring the cabin is spotless, well-stocked, and ready for passengers
- Greeting travelers with warmth and helping them settle into their seats
- Conducting safety demonstrations and ensuring passengers follow all onboard regulations
- Assisting with meal and duty-free sales while providing recommendations and guidance
- Reassuring passengers during turbulence or emergencies and managing safety procedures if required
- Making announcements, answering passenger queries, and assisting those with special needs
- Completing flight reports and paperwork after each journey to maintain operational excellence
Who We’re Looking For

- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia

Minimum Requirements:
- Nationality: Malaysian citizen with minimum SPM qualification, including credits in English and Bahasa Melayu
- Age: At least 18 years old with a professional, well-groomed appearance
- Experience: Customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential — we provide comprehensive training
