Key Responsibilities:
As a Cabin Crew, you will attend the pre-flight briefing, during which working positions are assigned for the upcoming flight. You will carry out pre-flight duties including checking safety equipment, ensuring the aircraft is clean and tidy, verifying that seat pocket information is up to date, and confirming that all meals and stock are on board. You will welcome passengers on board and direct them to their seats, inform them of aircraft safety procedures, and ensure all hand luggage is securely stored. You will check that all passenger seat belts and galleys are secure prior to take-off, make announcements on behalf of the pilot, and answer passenger questions during the flight. You will perform onboard sales of meals and duty-free goods, advise passengers of any allowance restrictions, reassure them, and ensure they follow safety procedures correctly in emergency situations. At the end of the flight, you will ensure passengers disembark safely, check for any luggage left behind, and complete necessary paperwork including writing a flight report.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be proficient in oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, with a minimum SPM qualification including credit in English and Bahasa Melayu. The candidate should possess good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with customers, along with a passion for travelling and assisting passengers.
