Description
Looking to take your customer service skills to new heights? Whether you’re fresh to aviation, coming from another industry, or ready to build on existing experience, BA Euroflyer at London Gatwick offers an exciting opportunity to become part of the British Airways family.
As Cabin Crew, you’ll be the face of BA Euroflyer, creating memorable journeys for every customer onboard. From the first warm welcome to ensuring comfort and safety throughout the flight, you’ll combine professionalism with genuine care. Our customers fly with us because they trust British Airways to deliver excellence—and you’ll play a vital role in making that promise a reality.
What Makes BA Euroflyer Different?
Our schedule offers the best of both worlds: the excitement of flying across Europe combined with the stability of returning home the same day. It’s a unique balance of adventure and work-life harmony, making this role ideal if you want to explore new destinations while still keeping your personal routine grounded.
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Delivering world-class service that reflects the British Airways brand
- Ensuring safety and operational standards are always followed with precision
- Supporting passengers with professionalism, empathy, and care—even in challenging moments
- Working closely with your crew to create a seamless, enjoyable experience for all onboard
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need years of aviation experience to succeed—just a natural ability to connect with people and a commitment to outstanding service. Your background may be in hospitality, retail, customer service, or something completely different. What matters most is how you bring warmth, resilience, and adaptability to every situation.
To join our crew, you’ll need to be:
- At least 18 years old at the time of application
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Eligible to live and work in the UK with a valid passport that allows unrestricted global travel
- Experienced in customer service (minimum 12 months)
- Calm under pressure, a strong team player, and always putting safety first
What We Offer You?
From day one, you’ll enjoy travel perks and benefits that are among the best in the industry. These include:
- Unlimited basic and premium standby flights on British Airways routes
- Up to 30 discounted “Hotline” fares per year for you, your family, and friends
- Voluntary Private Healthcare, Cycle to Work scheme, Electric Car scheme, Pension, and Free Eye Tests
- Discounts across the travel and hospitality industry through Perks at Work
- Generous annual leave plus your one-month break every year
Contract and Lifestyle
This is a permanent role with a unique working pattern of 11 months per year, giving you one additional month away from flying. It’s a great opportunity to rest, travel for yourself, or focus on personal goals while enjoying the stability of a long-term position.
At British Airways, we believe in supporting your career as much as your lifestyle. With access to opportunities across the wider BA network, you’ll have the chance to grow, develop, and shape your future in a way that works for you.
Join us at London Gatwick and bring your passion for people to the skies. This is more than a job—it’s your journey.
