    Key Responsibilities:

    As a Flight Attendant, you will participate in preflight briefings, produce reports, perform safety checks, and prepare the aircraft. You will ensure that food, beverages, and other supplies are sufficiently stocked on board and delivered appropriately, collecting payments or providing inventory details for restocking when applicable. Your duties include making announcements, greeting customers, checking boarding passes, answering passenger questions, assisting with bag stowage, and supporting those who need assistance. You will perform safety demonstrations, instruct customers on emergency equipment and exit row seating requirements, and use audio equipment. Walking the aisles to verify customer compliance with federal regulations before take-off and landing, as well as conducting periodic comfort checks, will also be required. You will prepare customers and the aircraft for landing according to company procedures and federal regulations. In the event of in-flight emergencies, you will provide direction and assistance, administer first aid if needed, and complete injury or incident reports. Additionally, you will complete and submit all required forms, reports, and paperwork while treating all customers and vendors with courtesy and respect. Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.


    Requirements

    The successful candidate must be a minimum of 21 years of age and hold a high school diploma, GED, or higher qualification. They must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently, and possess customer service experience, with hospitality or retail experience preferred. The candidate must be available to attend and successfully complete Initial Flight Attendant training and Operational Experience. A valid U.S. passport not expiring within six months is required, along with at least eighteen days of availability per month. The candidate must maintain a polished, professional, and conservative appearance, with no visible tattoos or body piercings allowed while on duty. They must be able to serve beverages, lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds, and physically perform tasks such as standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching, lifting, stretching, or bending for periods of up to 14 hours or more. The role requires the ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment. Candidates must maintain valid travel documents with no impediments to entering all international destinations and possess a personal cell phone. They must be able to work variable blocks of duty days each month, including extended periods away from the home base, and be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as travel to Canada. Authorization to work in the United States and the ability to pass drug and alcohol checks, a pre-employment DOT drug test, and a Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) are also required.
