Your Day-to-Day: More Than a Flight

- Verify that all food, beverages, and necessary supplies are onboard, stocked appropriately, and ready for service—collecting payments or noting restock needs when applicable
- Welcome passengers with a warm greeting, check boarding passes, answer questions, assist with luggage stowage, and offer a helping hand to those who need extra support
- Deliver clear, confident safety demonstrations, explain emergency equipment and exit row requirements, and use audio equipment to keep passengers informed
- Walk the aisles regularly to ensure compliance with federal regulations before takeoffs and landings, and check in with passengers to maintain their comfort throughout the journey
- Prepare everyone for landing in accordance with company procedures and federal guidelines
- Respond calmly and effectively to in-flight emergencies, providing clear direction, administering basic first aid when needed, and completing necessary incident reports
- Complete all required forms, reports, and paperwork accurately and on time
- Treat every customer and vendor with the courtesy and respect they deserve
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned, contributing wherever needed to support the team
