    Key Responsibilities:

    As a Cabin Crew, you will strictly adhere to and remain conversant and compliant with standard operating procedures as per the Government, DGCA, and company manuals while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of rules, regulations, and procedures for aircraft operations. You must keep abreast of the latest safety and service circulars, notices, procedures, campaigns, and promotions. Strict adherence to company grooming and turnout standards is required, ensuring a professional image while on duty and during layovers. You will be responsible for the validity of mandatory and regulatory training and documents, ensuring their timely issuance, renewal, and extension. Conducting inflight sales and increasing ancillary revenue is a key responsibility, requiring proactive promotion of the airline brand to enhance the overall customer experience. Service delivery must be efficiently organized and consistently meet or exceed customer expectations, with special attention given to passengers requiring assistance, including those with reduced mobility, elderly travelers, unaccompanied minors, and mothers with infants or children. Ensuring customer comfort, demonstrating care, and maintaining enthusiasm and visible passion for customer service are essential. Taking a detailed galley handover, ensuring all sales stock, pre-booked meals, and catering uplifts align with catering documents, and maintaining good public relations by positively engaging with customers as a brand ambassador are also part of the role. On-time performance must be maintained while upholding a high level of self-discipline and strict adherence to the cabin crew code of conduct, focusing on customer safety, security, and comfort. You will be responsible for checking, safeguarding, and returning all company equipment and unused catering supplies while ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the aircraft cabin, lavatories, and galleys, continuously monitoring the cabin throughout the flight. Reporting all issues, discrepancies, non-compliances, and cabin or galley defects to the Inflight Manager is required. Making all relevant announcements as per the announcement book (if approved as per announcement ratings) and completing all pre-flight and post-flight duties are essential responsibilities. Additionally, you should recommend service delivery improvements, design enhancements, and cost reduction efficiencies based on customer and crew feedback. Practicing effective Crew Resource Management (CRM) to coordinate with the cockpit crew and other related departments, including airport services, catering, and security, is necessary, along with assisting colleagues beyond the call of duty.


    Requirements

    The successful candidate must be an Indian national with a valid passport, PAN card, and Aadhar card. For experienced cabin crew, the age limit to apply is 35 years. Minimum education required is 10+2 (Class 12th), and candidates must be fluent in English and Hindi. Minimum height requirement is 155 cm for females and 167.5 cm for males, with weight in proportion. Candidates must be medically fit as per DGCA guidelines, with a BMI range of 18–23 for females and 18–25 for males. No visible tattoos or marks are allowed.
