What You'll Be Doing?
- Serving as a vigilant guardian of safety, meticulously following all DGCA regulations and company procedures.
- Presenting a polished, professional image at all times, adhering to our grooming standards whether on duty or on a layover.
- Engaging warmly with guests, paying special attention to those who need extra care, and ensuring every interaction enhances their journey.
- Championing our in-flight sales and promotions, sharing options with guests to enhance their travel while supporting our ancillary revenue goals.
- Taking ownership of your cabin—ensuring cleanliness, managing galley supplies, and safeguarding all company equipment.
- Being a proactive team player, practicing excellent communication with cockpit crew and ground staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Constantly looking for ways to improve our service, reduce waste, and share feedback that helps us grow better together.
- Completing all pre-flight checks and post-flight reports with diligence and a keen eye for detail.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
- Indian nationality with valid Passport, PAN Card, and Aadhar Card.
- A minimum educational qualification of 10+2 (Class 12th), with fluency in both English and Hindi.
- Prior experience as cabin crew, with a deep understanding of in-flight safety and service protocols.
- The ability to meet our physical requirements: a minimum height of 155 cm (female) or 167.5 cm (male), with weight in proportion and a BMI within the range of 18-23 (female) or 18-25 (male).
- A clean medical fitness certificate as per DGCA standards and no visible tattoos while in uniform.
- The resilience and flexibility for a dynamic role that involves shift work, long hours, and travel. The age limit for experienced crew is up to 35 years.
- A positive, customer-obsessed attitude and the discipline to uphold our cabin crew code of conduct at all times.
